While SJF Graphic Arts LLC strives to maintain its 3-5 day average time-to-ship we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.)
2. SJF Graphic Arts LLC will ship to any physical address in the US. SJF Graphic Arts LLC offers shipping outside US, additional shipping fee may be applied to cover cost.
3. Every product shipped from SJF Graphic Arts LLC is insured up to the full purchase price. It is SJF Graphic Arts LLC’s responsibility to pursue any claim with the carrier. Please note that this is only applicable to the original shipment from SJF Graphic Arts LLC to the customer and not for subsequent shipments for returns.
4. SJF Graphic Arts LLC’s preferred carrier is USPS and all shipping will be competed through them unless otherwise specified. SJF Graphic Arts LLC shipping prices are added at a set rate for shipments inside the US. SJF Graphic Arts LLC guarantees that the shipping cost will be accurately displayed for each purchase at the time of purchase from sjfgraphicarts.com
5. All build and ship times are counted in business days only and correspond with those of USPS our preferred carrier. SJF Graphic Arts LLC honors all holidays honored by our preferred carrier and follows a M-F work week.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Only items purchased from the online store will be eligible for a refund. Commissioned work is non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or in the form of store credit. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping You will be responsible for paying for you own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund shipping will be deducted from your refund.
