  • Return Policy

    If you don't love it, return it.  SJF Graphic Arts is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.


    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase after it is delivered, you may return it and receive a full refund for the price of the product. Orders older than 60 days from time of purchase do not qualify for a refund or exchange.


    Shipping charges will not be refunded.  SJF Graphic Arts does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns, or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees. We will issue your refund within (12-72) hours of receiving the returned merchandise.


    To return your merchandise, please email: sjfgraphicarts@gmail.com for the return address and always include your ORDER NUMBER and full NAME.

  • Cancelation Policy

    You may cancel your order within (24) hours of purchase EST. We are committed to our customers and your satisfaction.


    To cancel your merchandise, please email: sjfgraphicarts@gmail.com and label the subject line:  CANCEL MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER. 


    Cancelations after (24) hours will require the customer to return the undamaged product to receive a full refund.  We cannot exchange your order after (24) hours because it will have already gone into production.  Please review our RETURN POLICY.

  • Order Change

    You may amend your order and address details within (24) hours of purchase. Please contact sjfgraphicarts@gmail.com as soon as possible with your change requests, and label the subject line:  CHANGE MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER.  We will confirm your changes have been made.

  • Shipping

    We ship standard postage using multiple shipping methods throughout the world. Postage will be priced according to location. 


    Majority of orders are generally delivered in 4-6 business days. For faster delivery, we also offer Priority shipping with a 2 business day delivery. Please note, while most of our orders are delivered within 6 business days, processing your order can take up to 3 business days.


    Priority shipping will be delivered 2 - 3 business days after the order is processed. 

  • Track My Order

    As soon as your canvas ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes delivery expectations by our eCommerce platform.  


    Please allow up to (4) business days to receive your tracking link to check your order status.

  • Damaged Art

    If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free replacement. 


    Here's how:


     1.     Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).


     2.     Attach your photos to an email and send them to support@canvascultures.com. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.


     3.     You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.


     4.     If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund or replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement 2 Day Air.

  • Product Sizes and Details

    Your print will arrive ready to frame. 

     • Custom-developed, pigment based inks create vibrant reproductions that resist fading and scratches. 

     • Prints are made using the highest quality custom digital printing on high end photo paper.


    Product Details Canvas (by request only)

     • All pieces are made of premium artist-grade 100 cotton canvas.

       Sturdy, solid facing canvas front prevents stretching and sagging.

     • Our patented manufacturing process allows us to create corners free from unsightly bulges or excess material

     • Every canvas comes with pre-installed hanging hardware.  

  • Customized Options

    SJF Graphic Arts, LLC does not provide customization to existing collection pieces. 


    SJF Graphic Arts, LLC does accept commision for customized work to be created. Click on the "COMMISSION" tab to inquire about the commision our services or email us at sjfgraphicarts@gmail.com with any questions.

  • Promotions

    If you have received a promotion offer CODE, you may redeem your discount at the time of Checkout in your Cart Discount section.
